Kylie Jenner Has Faced Three Workplace Lawsuits in Four Months. The Third Involves an Alleged Miscarriage.

A former private chef filed suit against Kylie Jenner in Los Angeles Superior Court on June 26, alleging that she suffered a miscarriage after being required to work a physically demanding birthday event during a high-risk pregnancy. The complaint marked the third lawsuit filed against Jenner by a former employee in four months - deepening scrutiny of the staffing operation around one of the highest-profile names in the beauty industry.

The chef, who has not been publicly identified, alleges she informed her supervisors in December 2024 that she was three months pregnant and needed accommodations. According to court documents reported by the Los Angeles Times and confirmed by Inc., she continued working 11- to 12-hour shifts five days a week. She was assigned to a birthday event for one of Jenner’s children in Palm Springs around February 1, 2025 - without adequate support, the complaint states. The morning after the event, the woman alleges she began experiencing severe blood loss and was told at a hospital that there was no detectable heartbeat.

The Two Cases That Came Before

The June 26 lawsuit is the third. The first was filed in April 2026 by a former housekeeper alleging labor violations and improper termination. The second was filed on May 1 by Juana Delgado Soto, a housekeeper who worked for Jenner from 2019 to 2025. Soto alleged racial discrimination, harassment, denial of legally mandated meal and rest breaks, and compensation violations. She alleged she was told “Kylie doesn’t give a shit about you,” that she was required to disappear when Jenner was present in the house, and that she was forced to sit in a bathroom for hours on multiple occasions.

Jenner has not publicly commented on any of the three lawsuits.

The Legal Exposure

The June 26 complaint names Jenner and some of her supervisors as co-defendants. The chef is seeking unspecified damages and alleges failure to provide pregnancy accommodation, pregnancy discrimination, and related claims under California law. California employment law places strict obligations on employers to accommodate known high-risk pregnancies. The complaint’s allegation - that the worker suffered a miscarriage following a physically demanding assignment after disclosing her pregnancy - represents a significant legal exposure regardless of whether the factual account is ultimately proven.

What Remains Unresolved

No trials are scheduled. All three cases are in early litigation. Jenner has so far not responded publicly. The pattern - three employment lawsuits filed in the same four-month window - is the documented record, independent of any outcome.
